Cellospeak is incorporated as a not-for-profit corporation and in 2007 was granted tax exempt status as a 501(c)(3) educational organization. We work with minimal overhead. Other than a small stipend for our Artistic Director, we operate virtually entirely on volunteer effort.   Still, our Workshop registration fees do not fully cover our operating expenses, faculty compensation requirements, and the cost of maintaining our music library.  To sustain our existing Workshop program and reach more cellists with expanded offerings, we need additional financial support.

Sponsorships help us:
   • Maintain our summer Workshop at reasonable rates.
   • Maintain faculty compensation.
   • Maintain and upgrade our music library.
   • Commission new compositions.
   • Prepare well balanced music arrangements for multi-part cello ensembles and orchestra.
   • Cover development costs for new programs such as instructional videos as well as study materials and resources.
   • Develop and maintain and upgraded website.
   • Establish the administrative infrastructure required for a sustainable organization.
